Texas A&M University College of Architecture

Prospective Students

Architecture has the ability to change peoples lives well beyond the impacts of the built environment. The diversity of the architects role requires that he/she is a master collaborator in the building process who envisions, leads, collaborates and negotiates. The Bachelor of Environmental Design degree offers exciting opportunities cultivating knowledge and capability in building and design technology.

In addition to study at the TAMU campus, all third year undergraduate students are required to spend one semester studying away from the Texas A&M campus. Students can elect to participate in a foreign studies program or serve an internship within the discipline of architecture. These study away opportunities broaden the student's experiences beyond the classroom setting.
