Preservation Education & Research

Preservation Education & Research (PER) is a blind, peer-reviewed journal published annually by the National Council for Preservation Education (NCPE) and listed by The Avery Index to Architectural Periodicals. PER encourages scholars and educators to submit original scholarship related to preservation pedagogy and heritage conservation research. PER extends NCPE's mission to exchange and disseminate information related to historic preservation education, current developments and innovations in heritage conservation, and the improvement of historic environment education programs in the United States and abroad.
